If you're willing to return your order, you can do it within 30 since the day free of charge.

You are allowed to choose from a money-back refund and an exchange for other Dr. Pen™ device.

In case of an exchange to other Dr. Pen™ device, you should cover the price different between the new device of your choice.

In case of a refund the order should be returned to one of our warehouses unused. Seal can not be opened before the return. For international orders returned to us, a $19.95 deduction will be applied to cover the international shipping cost we incurred.
